“Imran bin Husain said to me: ‘I will tell you a Hadith, that Allah may benefit you thereby after this day. Know that Allah’s Messenger ﷺ had a group from his family perform ‘Umrah during the ten (days) of Dhul-Hijjah, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not forbid that, and no abrogation of that was revealed, and it does not matter what anyone else suggests.’”  

ابن ماجة:٢٩٧٨ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلاَءِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ عَنْ أَخِيهِ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ قَالَ قَالَ لِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ إِنِّي أُحَدِّثُكَ حَدِيثًا لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ أَنْ يَنْفَعَكَ بِهِ بَعْدَ الْيَوْمِ اعْلَمْ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَدْ أَعْمَرَ طَائِفَةً مِنْ أَهْلِهِ فِي الْعَشْرِ مِنْ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ وَلَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَلَمْ يَنْزِلْ نَسْخُهُ قَالَ فِي ذَلِكَ بَعْدُ رَجُلٌ بِرَأْيِهِ مَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَقُولَ

[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ inhabited a group of his people for ten days, then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not prohibit them from it, and the Quran was not revealed in it. So a man said according to his opinion, whatever he willed.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَدْ أَعْمَرَ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ فِي الْعَشْرِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَلَمْ يَنْزِلْ فِيهَا قُرْآنًا فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ بِرَأْيِهِ مَا شَاءَ

البيهقي:٨٧٣١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ أنبأ سَعِيدٌ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ قَالَ قَالَ عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ إِنِّي لَأُحَدِّثُكَ الْحَدِيثَ لَعَلَّ اللهَ تَعَالَى يَنْفَعُكَ بِهِ بَعْدَ الْيَوْمِ وَاعْلَمْ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَدْ أَعْمَرَ طَائِفَةً مِنْ أَهْلِهِ فِي عَشْرِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ وَلَمْ يَنْزِلْ قُرْآنٌ يَنْسَخُهُ رَأَيُ رَجُلٍ بَعْدَمَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرَى  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ وَزَادَ وَلَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْهُ حَتَّى مَضَى لِوَجْهِهِ
