Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The dust of the path of Allah and the smoke of Hellfire are never joined together in the heart of a slave (of Allah). Belief and stinginess are never joined together in the heart of a slave (of Allah)."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لاَ يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ أَبَدًا وَلاَ يَجْتَمِعُ الشُّحُّ وَالإِيمَانُ فِي قَلْبِ عَبْدٍ أَبَدًا

(who is ʿAbdur-Rahman bin Jabir) Messenger of Allah ﷺ said," Anyone whose both feet get covered with dust in Allah's Cause will not be touched by the (Hell) fire."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَا اغْبَرَّتْ قَدَمَا عَبْدٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَتَمَسَّهُ النَّارُ

That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man who wept out of the fear of Allah shall not enter the Fire until the milk returns to the udder; and dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell shall not come together."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ يَلِجُ النَّارَ رَجُلٌ بَكَى مِنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ حَتَّى يَعُودَ اللَّبَنُ فِي الضَّرْعِ وَلاَ يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ

"No man who weeps for fear of Allah will be touched by the Fire until the milk goes back into the udders. And the dust (of Jihad) in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell, will never be combined in the nostrils of a Muslim."

لاَ يَبْكِي أَحَدٌ مِنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ فَتَطْعَمَهُ النَّارُ حَتَّى يُرَدَّ اللَّبَنُ فِي الضَّرْعِ وَلاَ يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي مَنْخَرَىْ مُسْلِمٍ أَبَدًا

"Two will never be gathered together in the Fire: A Muslim who killed a disbeliever then tried his best and did not deviate. And two will never be gathered together in the lungs of a believer: Dust in the cause of Allah, and the odor of Hell. And two will never be gathered in the heart of a salve: Faith and envy."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَجْتَمِعَانِ فِي النَّارِ مُسْلِمٌ قَتَلَ كَافِرًا ثُمَّ سَدَّدَ وَقَارَبَ وَلاَ يَجْتَمِعَانِ فِي جَوْفِ مُؤْمِنٍ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَفَيْحُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلاَ يَجْتَمِعَانِ فِي قَلْبِ عَبْدٍ الإِيمَانُ وَالْحَسَدُ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in the lungs of a slave, and the stinginess and faith can never be combined in a slave's heart."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ أَبَدًا وَلاَ يَجْتَمِعُ الشُّحُّ وَالإِيمَانُ فِي قَلْبِ عَبْدٍ أَبَدًا

"The dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in a man's face, and stinginess and faith can never be combined in a slave's heart."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي وَجْهِ رَجُلٍ أَبَدًا وَلاَ يَجْتَمِعُ الشُّحُّ وَالإِيمَانُ فِي قَلْبِ عَبْدٍ أَبَدًا

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in a slave's lungs, and stinginess and faith can never be combined in a slave's heart.'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ وَلاَ يَجْتَمِعُ الشُّحُّ وَالإِيمَانُ فِي جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ

"The dust in the cause of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in the nostrils of a Muslim."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ﷻ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي مَنْخَرَىْ مُسْلِمٍ أَبَدًا

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in the nostrils of a Muslim, and stinginess and faith will never be combined in a Muslim man's heart.'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي مَنْخَرَىْ مُسْلِمٍ وَلاَ يَجْتَمِعُ شُحٌّ وَإِيمَانٌ فِي قَلْبِ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ

"Allah will never combine the dust in the cause of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, and the smoke of Hell, in the lungs of a Muslim man, and Allah will never combine faith in Allah, and stinginess in the heart of a Muslim man."

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ لاَ يَجْمَعُ اللَّهُ ﷻ غُبَارًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانَ جَهَنَّمَ فِي جَوْفِ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَلاَ يَجْمَعُ اللَّهُ فِي قَلْبِ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ الإِيمَانَ بِاللَّهِ وَالشُّحَّ جَمِيعًا

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in the nostrils of a Muslim, and stinginess and faith will never be combined in a Muslim man's heart.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3114)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي مُنْخُرَيْ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ شُحٌّ وَإِيمَانٌ فِي قَلْبِ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in a slave's lungs, and stinginess and faith can never be combined in a slave's heart.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3112)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَجْتَمِعُ الشُّحُّ وَالْإِيمَانُ فِي جَوْفِ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي جَوْفِ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in the lungs of a slave, and the stinginess and faith can never be combined in a slave's heart." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3110)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ أَبَدًا وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ شُحٌّ وَإِيمَانٌ فِي قَلْبِ عَبْدٍ أَبَدًا» وَقِيلَ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ

“The dust (of Jihad) in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in the interior of a Muslim.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2774)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي وَجْهِ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَبَدًا»

[AI] "Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet ﷺ said, 'No one who weeps out of fear of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, will enter the Fire until milk returns to the udder, and dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hellfire will never gather in the nose of a Muslim.'"

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَلِجُ النَّارَ أَحَدٌ بَكَى مِنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ ﷻ حَتَّى يَعُودَ اللَّبَنُ فِي الضَّرْعِ وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ﷻ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي مِنْخَرَيْ مُسْلِمٍ أَبَدًا»

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in the lungs of a slave, and the stinginess and faith can never be combined in a slave's heart." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3110)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ الشُّحُّ وَالْإِيمَانُ فِي قَلْبِ عَبْدٍ أَبَدًا»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "In the heart of a believer, dust from the path of Allah and the fragrance of Hellfire cannot coexist, and faith and envy cannot coexist."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَجْتَمِعُ فِي جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ مُؤْمِنٍ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَفَيْحُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ فِي جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ الْإِيمَانُ وَالْحَسَدُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The smoke of Hellfire and dust on the path of Allah do not combine in the respiratory system of a Muslim."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا يَجْتَمِعُ دُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ وَغُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فِي مَنْخَرَيْ مُسْلِمٍ»

قَالَ سَمِعْتُ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي جَوْفِ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ لا يجتمع الشح والإيمان في جوف رجل مسلم ولاَ يجتمع غبار في سبيل الله ودخان جهنم في جوف رجل مسلم وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لاَ نعلمُهُ يُرْوَى عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة إلاَّ من هذا الوجه عبد الله بن رافع عَن أبي هُرَيرة

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Dust does not gather in the nostrils of a servant in the way of Allah, and smoke of hellfire."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي مَنْخِرَيِّ عَبْدٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Going to the mosque in the morning and evening is part of striving in the way of Allah."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْغُدُوُّ وَالرَّوَاحُ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ مِنَ الْجِهَادِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ»

"No man who weeps for fear of Allah will be touched by the Fire until the milk goes back into the udders. And the dust (of Jihad) in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell, will never be combined in the nostrils of a Muslim." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3107)

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell will never be combined in the nostrils of a Muslim, and stinginess and faith will never be combined in a Muslim man's heart.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3114)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي مِنْخَرَيْ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ الشُّحُّ وَإِيمَانٌ فِي قَلْبِ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ»

"Allah will never combine the dust in the cause of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, and the smoke of Hell, in the lungs of a Muslim man, and Allah will never combine faith in Allah, and stinginess in the heart of a Muslim man." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3115)

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ «لَا يَجْمَعُ اللهُ غُبَارًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَدُخَانَ جَهَنَّمَ فِي جَوْفِ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَا يَجْمَعُ اللهُ فِي قَلْبِ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ الْإِيمَانَ بِاللهِ وَالشُّحَّ جَمِيعًا»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever's feet become dusty in the cause of Allah, it is forbidden for the Fire (of Hell) to touch them."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنِ اغْبَرَّتْ قَدَمَاهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ عَلَى النَّارِ»

"Two will never be gathered together in the Fire: A Muslim who killed a disbeliever then tried his best and did not deviate. And two will never be gathered together in the lungs of a believer: Dust in the cause of Allah, and the odor of Hell. And two will never be gathered in the heart of a salve: Faith and envy." أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ أَبَدًا وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ الشُّحُّ وَالْإِيمَانُ فِي قَلْبِ عَبْدٍ أَبَدًا

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The feet of a servant will not grow weary in the path of Allah, but the Fire will touch them forever; yet their pronunciation is the same."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَا اغْبَرَّتْ قَدَمَا عَبْدٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَتَمَسَّهَا النَّارُ أَبَدًا لَفْظُهُمَا وَاحِدٌ

"مَا اغْبَرَّتْ قَدَمَا عَبْدٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ إِلَّا حَرَمَ اللهُ عَلَيهِمَا النَّارَ".

"لا يَجتَمِعُ في منْخَرَىْ عبدٍ غبارٌ فِي سبيل الله فَتَمَسه النارُ أَبَدًا".

"لَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ في سبيلِ الله ودُخَانُ جَهَنَّم في مِنْخَرىْ مُسْلِم أَبَدًا".

"لَا يَجْتَمِعُ غبارٌ في سبيل الله ودخَانُ جَهنَّم في جوفِ عبدٍ أبدًا، وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ الشُّحُّ والإيمانُ في قلبِ عبدٍ أبَدًا".

"لَا يَجْتَمِعُ في جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ مؤمنٍ غبارٌ في سبيلِ الله وَفيحُ جَهَنَّم، ولا يَجْتَمعُ في جوفِ عبد الإيمانُ والحَسَدُ".

"لَا يَجْتَمِعانِ: رجلٌ قتَل كافِرًا ثمَّ سدَّدَ وقاربَ وَلَا يَجْتَمِعَانِ في جوفِ مؤمنٍ: غُبَارٌ في سبيلِ الله وفيحُ جَهَنَّم، ولا يَجْتَمِعَان في قلبِ عَبْدٍ: الإيمانُ والحَسَدُ".

"لَا يَلِجُ النَّارَ رَجُلٌ بَكَى مِنْ خَشْيَةِ الله حَتَّى يَعُودَ اللَّبنُ في الضَّرْع، وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ في سَبِيلِ الله وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ في مَنْخَرَىْ مُسْلِمٍ أبدًا".
