ابن ماجة:٢٣٨٧حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُجَمِّعِ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ الأَنْصَارِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الرَّجُلُ أَحَقُّ بِهِبَتِهِ مَا لَمْ يُثَبْ مِنْهَا

[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Whoever gives a gift, he is more deserving of it as long as he has not taken anything from it."  

الحاكم:٢٣٢٣حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْهَاشِمِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمِ بْنِ أَبِي غَرْزَةَ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا حَنْظَلَةُ بْنُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ وَهَبَ هِبَةً فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا مَا لَمْ يَثِبْ مِنْهَا»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ إِلَّا أَنْ نَكِلَ الْحَمْلَ فِيهِ عَلَى شَيْخِنَا على شرطهما إلا أن نكل الحمل فيه على شيخنا
