"I said to 'Aishah: 'Which of the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ were the most beloved to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?' She said: 'Abu Bakr.' I said: 'Then who?' She said: ''Umar.' I said: "Then who?' She said: 'Then Abu 'Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah.'" He said: "I said: 'Then who?''" He said: "Then she was silent."

[Machine] I asked Aisha, "Who were the most beloved people to the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him?" She replied, "Abu Bakr, then Umar, then Abu Ubaidah ibn al-Jarrah."

الحاكم:٤٤٤٦ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا كَهْمَسٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ قَالَ

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
