Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "My heirs will not inherit a Dinar or a Dirham (i.e. money), for whatever I leave (excluding the adequate support of my wives and the wages of my employees) is given in charity."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَقْتَسِمْ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي فَهْوَ صَدَقَةٌ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "My heirs should not take even a single Dinar (i.e. anything from my property), and whatever I leave, excluding the expenditure of my wives and my laborers, will be Sadaqa (i.e. be used for charity)."'

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي فَهْوَ صَدَقَةٌ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Our (Apostles') property should not be inherited, and whatever we leave, is to be spent in charity."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Not even a single Dinar of my property should be distributed (after my deaths to my inheritors, but whatever I leave excluding the provision for my wives and my servants, should be spent in charity."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمُؤْنَةِ عَامِلِي فَهْوَ صَدَقَةٌ

My heirs cannot share even a dinar (from my legacy) ; what I leave behind after paving maintenance allowance to my wives and remuneration to my manager is (to go in) charity.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِيِنَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ

" We do not have any heirs; what we leave behind is a charitable endowment."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ

The Prophet ﷺ as saying: Do not distribute dinars among my heirs: Whatever I left after contribution to my wives and provisions for my governor is sadaqah (alms). Abu Dawud said: 'Amil means the workers or laborers on the land (i.e. peasants).

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمُؤْنَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ

I heard 'Umar say to ‘Abdur­-Rahman bin ‘Awf, Talhah, az-­Zubair and Sa'd: We adjure you by Allah, by whom heaven and earth are sustained, did you know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Our (Prophets’) property is not to be inherited and whatever we leave behind is charity.ʿ They said: By Allah, yes,

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّا لَا نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ ؟ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ نَعَمْ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ʿWe are not to be inherited from; what we leave behind is charity.ʿ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّا لَا نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ

I heard 'Umar say to ‘Abdur­-Rahman bin ‘Awf, Talhah, az-­Zubair and Sa'd: We adjure you by Allah, by whom heaven and earth are sustained, did you know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Our (Prophets’) property is not to be inherited and whatever we leave behind is charity.ʿ They said: By Allah, yes, (Using translation from Aḥmad 172)

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "My inheritors shall not divide a dinar or a dirham of what I leave behind, after the expenses of my wives and the livelihood of my workers, it shall all be considered charity."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا وَلَا دِرْهَمًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "My heirs should not divide the money that I have left after providing for the expenses of my wives and the upkeep of my workers, which means the worker on my land, as it is considered as charity."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي يَعْنِي عَامِلَ أَرْضِهِفَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "We, the prophets, do not inherit what we leave behind; rather, our actions and the provision for our wives are considered charity."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّا مَعْشَرَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ لَا نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ مَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي وَنَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي صَدَقَةٌ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "My heirs will not inherit a Dinar or a Dirham (i.e. money), for whatever I leave (excluding the adequate support of my wives and the wages of my employees) is given in charity." (Using translation from Bukhārī 2776)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ لَا يَقتْسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي فَإِنَّهُ صَدَقَةٌ

Qays ibn Talq said: Talq ibn Ali visited us on a certain day during Ramadan. He remained with us till evening and broke fast with us. He then stood up and led us in the witr prayer. He then went to his mosque and led them in prayer. When the witr remained, he put forward another man and said: Lead your companions in the witr prayer, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: There are no two witrs during one night. أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا وِتْرَانِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "We do not inherit what we leave behind, it is, therefore, a charity."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ

Malik related to me from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "My inheritance is not divided up by the dinar. What I leave apart from the maintenance of my wives and provision for my servant is sadaqa."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دَنَانِيرَ مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمُؤْنَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "My inheritors cannot divide a dinar from what I leave behind after the expenses of my family and the provision for my workers, as it is all charity."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَقْسِمُ وَرَثَتِي بَعْدِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ عِيَالِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي صَدَقَةٌ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "By Allah, my inheritors will not divide a dinar of what I have left after the expenses of my wives and the provision for my workers. It is a form of charity."

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «وَاللَّهِ لَا يَقْسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ»

[AI] "That which is missed of the Asr prayer is as if one has lost his wealth and children."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الَّذِي تَفُوتُهُ صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ كَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ مَالَهُ وَوَلَدَهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "My inheritors shall not divide a dinar from what I have left after the expenses of my wives and the livelihood of my workers, for it is charity."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمُؤْنَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ

[AI] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "My heirs should not divide any of the wealth that I leave after taking care of the expenses of my wives and the provision of my workers, as it is a charity."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمُؤْنَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ

"إِنَّا مَعْشَرَ الأنبياءِ لا نورثُ، ما تركناهُ صَدَقَةٌ".

"إِنَّا لا نورثُ، ما تركناه صدقة".

"وَاللهِ لا تَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي بَعْدِي دِينَارًا، مَا تَرَكْتُ مِنْ شَيءٍ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي، ومُؤْنَةِ عَاملِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ".

"لا تَقْتَسِمُ ورَثَتِي دينارًا، ما تركتُ بعْدَ نفقِة كِسَاى ومُؤنة (*) عاملى فهو صدقةٌ".

"لا نُوَرثُ، مَا تَرْكَنَا صَدَقَةٌ".
