ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ يَنْفِي الرِّيَبَ عَنِ الْخَلَدِ أَنَّ نَهْيَ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ كَانَ لِلْعِلَّةِ الَّتِي وَصَفْنَاهَا
[Machine] "We used to rent the land during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, with what was harvested from it and what was irrigated by water from it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade us from doing so and allowed us to rent it with gold and silver."
«كُنَّا نُكْرِي الْأَرْضَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِمَا عَلَى السَّوَاقِي مِنَ الزَّرْعِ وَبِمَا سُقِيَ بِالْمَاءِ مِنْهَا فَنَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَرَخَّصَ لَنَا أَنْ نُكْرِيَهَا بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ»
