ذِكْرُ الزَّجْرِ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَرْءِ الطَّعَامَ الَّذِي اشْتَرَاهُ قَبْلَ قَبْضِهِ وَاسْتِيفَائِهِ

[Machine] He said, "I bought some food from the charity's food and I made a profit from it before I received it. Then I wanted to sell it, so I asked the Prophet peace be upon him. He said, 'Do not sell it until you receive it.'"

ابن حبّان:٤٩٨٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا حَامِدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ أَبِي مُزَاحِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنْ حِزَامِ بْنِ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ يَعْنِي عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ اشْتَرَيْتُ طَعَامًا مِنْ طَعَامِ الصَّدَقَةِ فَأَرْبَحْتُ فِيهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَقْبِضَهُ فَأَرَدْتُ بَيْعَهُ فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تَبِعْهُ حَتَّى تَقْبِضَهُ»
