ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ ثَانٍ يُصَرِّحُ بِأَنَّ بَيْعَ الْمُدَبَّرِ يَجُوزُ عِنْدَ حَاجَةِ الْمُدَبَّرِ إِلَيْهِ

ibnhibban:4932ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad al-Azdī > Isḥāq b. Ibrāhīm

[Machine] "That Abu Madhkoor arranged a boy for himself and then became in need, so the Prophet ﷺ sold him, and said, 'If any of you is in need, let him start with himself. If there is any surplus, then for his family. And if there is still surplus, then for his relatives.'"  

ابن حبّان:٤٩٣٢أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّقَفِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ أَبَا مَذْكُورٍ دَبَّرَ غُلَامًا لَهُ فَاحْتَاجَ فَبَاعَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَقَالَ «إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ مُحْتَاجًا فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِنَفْسِهِ فَإِنْ كَانَ فَضْلًا فَلِأَهْلِهِ فَإِنْ كَانَ فَضْلًا فَلِأَقَارِبِهِ»
