One should not fast during the Days of Tashriq

The days of Tashriq are the days of eating and drinking.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ

[AI] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "Indeed, these are days of tasting and remembrance."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ طُعْمٍ وَذِكْرٍ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The days of Tashreeq (i.e., the three days following Eid al-Adha) are days of eating and remembering Allah." He also said: "The days of Tashreeq are days of eating and drinking."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ أَيَّامُ طُعْمٍ وَذِكْرِ اللهِ قَالَ مَرَّةً أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ

[AI] On the authority of Nu'mayshah Al-Hudhali, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The days of Tashreeq are days of eating, drinking, and remembering Allah."

عَنْ نُبَيْشَةَ الْهُذَلِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ وَذِكْرِ اللهِ

“The days of Mina (11th, 12th, and 13th of Dhul-Hijjah) are days of eating and drinking.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1719)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَيَّامُ مِنًى أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon during the days of Tashriq and said, "These are days of eating and drinking."

خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ فَقَالَ «هَذِهِ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "These are days of feasting and remembrance," referring to the days of Tashreeq.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «هَذِهِ أَيَّامُ طُعْمٍ وَذِكْرٍ» يَعْنِي أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The days of Tashriq are days of eating, drinking, and remembering Allah."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ وَذِكْرِ اللهِ»

"إِنَّها أَيامُ طُعْم وذكْر" .

"أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ أيَّامُ كلٍ وَشُرْب، وَذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ﷻ".
