ذِكْرُ الِاسْتِحْبَابِ لِلْمَرْءِ أَنْ يُؤْثَرَ بِصَدَقَتِهِ عَلَى أَبَوَيْهِ، ثُمَّ عَلَى قَرَابَتِهِ، ثُمَّ الْأَقْرَبِ فَالْأَقْرَبِ

[Machine] "A man from the Banu Udhrah tribe emancipated his slave as a form of expiation for a sin he committed. The Prophet ﷺ then sent a message to him, bought the slave from him, paid him the price, and said, 'Start by giving charity to yourself, then to your parents, then to your relatives, and so on.'"  

ابن حبّان:٣٣٣٩أَخْبَرَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ حِبَّانَ أَبُو جَابِرٍ بِالْمَوْصِلِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ فَيَّاضٍ الزِّمَّانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَنْصَارِيُّ عَنْ عَزْرَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي عُذْرَةَ أَعْتَقَ مَمْلُوكًا لَهُ عَنْ دُبُرٍ مِنْهُ فَبَعَثَ إِلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَبَاعَهُ وَدَفَعَ إِلَيْهِ ثَمَنَهُ وَقَالَ «ابْدَأْ بِنَفْسِكَ فَتَصَدَّقْ عَلَيْهَا ثُمَّ عَلَى أَبَوَيْكَ ثُمَّ عَلَى قَرَابَتِكَ ثُمَّ هَكَذَا ثُمَّ هَكَذَا»
