ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الْمُصَرِّحِ بِحَظْرِ هَذَا الْفِعْلِ عَلَى الْإِطْلَاقِ

ibnhibban:3146 – Ibn Khuzaymah > Muḥammad b. Yaḥyá > ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Maʿmar > Thābit > Anas

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ made a pledge to the women that they should not commit adultery. They said, "O Messenger of Allah, surely there were women who made us happy during the era of ignorance, so can we make them happy in Islam?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "There is no making women happy in Islam, nor envy, nor harming, nor backbiting, nor slandering. And whoever commits theft is not one of us."  

ابن حبّان:٣١٤٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

أَخَذَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ حَيْثُ بَايَعَهُنَّ أَنْ لَا يَنُحْنَ فَقُلْنَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ نِسَاءً أَسْعَدْنَنَا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَنُسْعِدُهُنَّ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لَا إِسْعَادَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَلَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَلَا عَقْرَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَلَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا»

when the Messenger of Allah accepted the women's oath of allegiance, he accepted their pledge that they would not wail (over the death). They said: "O Messenger of Allah, there are women who helped us to mourn during the Jahiliyyah should we help them to mourn?" The Messenger of Allah said: "There is no helping to mourn in Islam."  

النسائي:١٨٥٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَخَذَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ حِينَ بَايَعَهُنَّ أَنْ لاَ يَنُحْنَ فَقُلْنَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ نِسَاءً أَسْعَدْنَنَا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ أَفَنُسْعِدُهُنَّ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ إِسْعَادَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ  

ahmad:13032 – ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Maʿmar > Thābit > Anas

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ took a pledge from the women not to desert him. They replied, "O Messenger of Allah, the women in Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic times) used to make us happy. Will we be able to make them happy in Islam?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "There is no happiness in Islam if there is jealousy, ill-treatment, suspicion, and oppression. Whoever has those qualities is not one of us."  

أحمد:١٣٠٣٢ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ
