ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ نَسْخَ الْكَلَامِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ إِنَّمَا نُسِخَ مِنْهُ مَا كَانَ مِنْهُ مِنْ مُخَاطَبَةِ الْآدَمِيِّينَ دُونَ مُخَاطَبَةِ الْعَبْدِ رَبَّهُ فِيهَا

ibnhibban:2247 – ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad b. Salm > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Ibrāhīm > al-Walīd b. Muslim > al-Awzāʿī > Yaḥyá b. Abū Kathīr > Hilāl b. Abū Maymūnah > ʿAṭāʾ b. Yasār > Muʿāwiyah b. al-Ḥakam al-Sulamī

[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, we were in a state of ignorance and then Allah brought Islam to us. And indeed, some of us have dreams." He said, "That is something they find in their hearts and it does not harm them."

ابن حبّان:٢٢٤٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي هِلَالُ بْنُ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ السُّلَمِيُّ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا كُنَّا حَدِيثَ عَهْدٍ بِجَاهِلِيَّةٍ فَجَاءَ اللَّهُ بِالْإِسْلَامِ وَإِنَّ رِجَالًا مِنَّا يَتَطَيَّرُونَ قَالَ «ذَلِكَ شَيْءٌ يَجِدُونَهُ فِي صُدُورِهِمْ وَلَا يَضُرُّهُمْ»

[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, we were in a state of ignorance and then Allah brought Islam to us. However, some of us have bad omens." He said, "That is something that they find in their hearts, so do not prevent them." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, some of us go to the fortune-tellers." He said, "No, do not go to them." I said, "And some of us write down things." He said, "The Prophet of the prophets used to write, so whoever coincides with his writing, that is acceptable."

الطبراني:١٧٠٥٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَابْلُتِّيُّ ثنا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنِي هِلَالُ بْنُ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ السُّلَمِيُّ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّا كُنَّا حَدِيثَ عَهْدٍ بِالْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَجَاءَ اللهُ بِالْإِسْلَامِ وَإِنَّ رِجَالًا مِنَّا يَتَطَيَّرُونَ فَقَالَ «ذَاكَ شَيْءٌ يَجِدُونَهُ فِي صُدُورِهِمْ فَلَا يَصُدَّنَّهُمْ» قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَرِجَالٌ مِنَّا يَأْتُونَ الْكُهَّاَنَ قَالَ «لَا فَلَا تَأْتُوهُمْ» قَالَ وَرِجَالٌ مِنَّا يَخُطُّونَ قَالَ «قَدْ كَانَ نَبِيُّ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ يَخُطُّ فَمَنْ وَافَقَ خَطَّهُ فَذَاكَ»
