ذِكْرُ الْإِبَاحَةِ لِلْجُنُبِ، أَنْ يَنَامَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ مِنْ جَنَابَتِهِ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ قَبْلَ النَّوْمِ

[Machine] Narrated by Al-Qa'ny, who said: We were informed by Layth ibn Sa'd, who narrated from Nafi', who narrated from Ibn Umar, that Umar ibn Al-Khattab asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , "Can one of us sleep while in a state of sexual impurity?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Yes, as long as he performs ablution (wudu)."  

ابن حبّان:١٢١٥أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْجُمَحِيُّ قَالَ

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَيَرْقُدُ أَحَدُنَا وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ فَقَالَ ﷺ «نَعَمْ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ»
