[Machine] I entered upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and in his hand was a small bag. He threw it towards me and said, "Keep it, O Abu Muhammad, as it soothes the heart." Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in his summary.
دَخَلْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَفِي يَدِهِ سَفَرْجَلَةٌ فَأَلْقَاهَا إِلَيَّ وَقَالَ «دُونَكَهَا أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ فَإِنَّهَا تُجِمُّ الْفُؤَادَ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
”I entered upon the Prophet ﷺ and in his hand was some quince. He said: ‘Take it, O Talhah, for it soothes the heart.’”
دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَبِيَدِهِ سَفَرْجَلَةٌ فَقَالَ دُونَكَهَا يَا طَلْحَةُ فَإِنَّهَا تُجِمُّ الْفُؤَادَ
[Machine] "I entered upon the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, and in his hand was a small pouch. He threw it towards me or he said, 'He tossed it to me' and said, 'Keep it, O Abu Muhammad, for it soothes the heart.'"
