[Machine] Ibn Abbas mentioned that the Prophet ﷺ said about someone who approaches an animal and causes harm, "Kill the one who initiates the action as well as the one who is affected by it." Adh-Dhahabi remained silent about it in the summary.  

الحاكم:٨٠٥٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْعَدْلُ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ذَكَرَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي الْبَهِيمَةَ «اقْتُلُوا الْفَاعِلَ وَالْمَفْعُولَ بِهِ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
