[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade drinking from stagnant water. Ayyub narrated, "I was informed that a man drank from stagnant water and then a snake came out." This hadeeth is authentic according to the conditions of Al-Bukhari, but he did not include it in his collection.  

الحاكم:٧٢١٣أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْحَافِظُ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَنْبَأَ أَيُّوبُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يُشْرَبَ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ» قَالَ أَيُّوبُ «فَأُنْبِئْتُ أَنَّ رَجُلًا شَرِبَ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ فَخَرَجَتْ حَيَّةٌ» صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِيِّ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري
