الحاكم:٥٢٥٦ – أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الرَّئِيسُ بِمَرْوَ ثَنَا جَعْفَرَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ

«وَأُسَيْدُ بْنُ حُضَيْرِ بْنِ سِمَاكِ بْنِ عَتِيكِ بْنِ رَافِعِ بْنِ امْرِئِ الْقَيْسِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْأَشْهَلِ وَيُكَنَّى أَبَا يَحْيَى تُوُفِّيَ سَنَةَ عِشْرِينَ»
