[Machine] He said to a man sitting with him, while he was talking to his companions, "Come closer to me." So the man said to him, "May Allah keep you, I cannot ask you what those people have asked you." He said, "Come closer to me and I will tell you about the mentioned prophets in the book of Allah. I will tell you about Adam, he was a farmer. I will tell you about Noah, he was a carpenter. I will tell you about Idris, he was a tailor. I will tell you about Dawud, he was a metalworker. I will tell you about Musa, he was a shepherd. I will tell you about Ibrahim, he was a farmer. I will tell you about Salih, he was a merchant. I will tell you about Sulaiman, Allah granted him kingship and he used to fast six days in the beginning of the month, three days in the middle of the month, and three days at the end of the month. He had nine hundred horses and three hundred mules. And I will tell you about the son of the virgin, Isa, son of Maryam, that he would not save anything for the next day and he would say, 'The One who keeps me alive until tonight will also give me food tonight, and the One who feeds me tonight will also keep me alive tomorrow.' He used to worship Allah the entire night until morning, and he used to travel during the day. He used to fast the entire year and stand in prayer the entire night. And I will tell you about the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , that he used to tend to the sheep of his family with excellence. He used to fast, so we would say he does not break his fast, and he would break his fast, so we would say he does not fast. And we have never seen him not fasting for an entire month. He used to fast three days every month. He was the gentlest among people, with the best character and the most knowledge. And I inform you about Hawwa (Eve) that she used to weave poetry and turn it around with her hand, and she used to clothe herself and her children. And Maryam, the daughter of 'Imran, used to do that as well."
