That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ judged: "The produce is for the responsible one." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1285)   

الحاكم:٢١٧٩ – فَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ بُكَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الصَّفَّارُ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «قَضَى أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ» وَأَمَّا حَدِيثُ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. This Hadith has been reported through routes other than this, and this acted upon according to the people of knowledge.
الترمذي:١٢٨٥ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَأَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ  

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مِنْ غَيْرِ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Al-Kharaj (land tax) is with responsibility." As for the saying of Yahya ibn Sa'id...
