الحاكم:٢١٨٠ – فَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ حَلِيمٍ أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْخَرَاجُ بِالضَّمَانِ» وَأَمَّا حَدِيثُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «قَضَى أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ» وَأَمَّا حَدِيثُ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ مُشْتَرِيَ الدَّابَّةِ إِذَا وَجَدَ بِهَا عَيْبًا بَعْدَ أَنْ نُتِجَتْ عِنْدَهُ كَانَ لَهُ رَدُّ الدَّابَّةِ عَلَى الْبَائِعِ بِالْعَيْبِ دُونَ النِّتَاجِ
