[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "A woman experiencing menstruation should refrain from praying for the duration of her period every month. And when her period ends, she should cleanse herself, pray, fast, and perform ablution for each prayer."  

الدارمي:٨٢٠أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي الْيَقْظَانِ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ تَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ أَيَّامَ حَيْضِهَا فِي كُلِّ شَهْرٍ فَإِذَا كَانَ عِنْدَ انْقِضَائِهَا اغْتَسَلَتْ وَصَلَّتْ وَصَامَتْ وَتَوَضَّأَتْ عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ»

the Prophet said about the Mustahadah that she should: "Leave the Salat for the days of her period which she menstruates in, then perform Ghusl, and perform Wudu for every Salat, and observe Saum and perform Salat."

The Prophet said: "The woman who experiences irregular non-menstrual bleeding should leave prayer during the days of her period, then she should take a bath, and perform ablution for each prayer, and she should fast and perform the prayer."  

ابن ماجة:٦٢٥حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي الْيَقْظَانِ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ تَدَعُ الصَّلاَةَ أَيَّامَ أَقْرَائِهَا ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ وَتَتَوَضَّأُ لِكُلِّ صَلاَةٍ وَتَصُومُ وَتُصَلِّي

[Machine] "The woman experiencing menstruation abstains from prayer during her menstrual days of the month, then she performs ghusl (major ablution) from noon to noon. She also performs wudu (ablution) before every prayer and she fasts, prays, and her husband comes to her."  

الدارمي:٨٣٩حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ

«الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ تَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ أَيَّامَ حَيْضِهَا مِنَ الشَّهْرِ ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ مِنَ الظُّهْرِ إِلَى الظُّهْرِ وَتَوَضَّأُ عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ وَتَصُومُ وَتُصَلِّي وَيَأْتِيهَا زَوْجُهَا»

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet, may ﷺ , he said, "A woman experiencing menstruation leaves the prayer for the days of her menstruation, then she cleanses herself and prays. Then, she performs ablution for every prayer."
