[Machine] About Al-Sha'bi concerning a man who freed his slave upon his death and he had no one else, but he had a debt. Al-Sha'bi said, "He strives for the poor in his cost."  

الدارمي:٣٣١٤حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ

عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ فِي رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَ غُلَامَهُ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ غَيْرُهُ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ قَالَ «يَسْعَى لِلْغُرَمَاءِ فِي ثَمَنِهِ»
