The Prophet ﷺ said: A fifth is payable on buried treasure.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

On his father's authority, said that his grandfather said: The Prophet ﷺ said: For each tooth are ten camels.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الأَسْنَانِ خَمْسٌ خَمْسٌ

The Prophet ﷺ said: Blood-wit for every wound which lays bare a bone is five camels.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الْمَوَاضِحِ خَمْسٌ

"For teeth (the Diyah is) five camels.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الأَسْنَانِ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ

“One fifth is due on buried treasure.”

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

“One fifth is due on buried treasure.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

the Prophet ﷺ ruled that (the compensatory money) for a tooth was five camels.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِي السِّنِّ خَمْسًا مِنَ الإِبِلِ

“For a wound that exposes a bone, is five; (the compensation) is five camels.”

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الْمَوَاضِحِ خَمْسٌ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ

"For teeth (the Diyah is) five camels. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4841)

«قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الْأَسْنَانِ خَمْسًا خَمْسًا مِنَ الْإِبِلِ»

“One fifth is due on buried treasure.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2509)

قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسَ

[AI] And Abu Nuaim said in his narration, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled regarding the fifth of the spoils of war."

وَقَالَ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسَ

“One fifth is due on buried treasure.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2510)

أَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ ؟ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ

This tradition has also been transmitted by Sa'd (b. Abi Waqqas) from the Prophet ﷺ in a similar manner through a different chain of narrators. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1470)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْبَيْتِ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Said ibn al- Musayyab and from Abu Salama ibn Abd ar-Rahman from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ,said, "There is a tax of a fifth on buried treasure."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

[AI] "The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) judged in regards to the fifth."

«قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسَ»

"For teeth (the Diyah is) five camels. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4841)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «فِي الْأَسْنَانِ خَمْسٌ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ»

The Prophet ﷺ said: Blood-wit for every wound which lays bare a bone is five camels. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4566)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الْمَوَاضِحِ خَمْسٌ

"الأسنانُ سواء خمسا خمسا".

"فِي الأسْنَانِ خَمسٌ خَمْسٌ مِن الإِبِل".

"في الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُس".

"قَضَى فِي السِّنِّ خَمْسًا مِنَ الإِبل".
