The Messenger of Allah ﷺ never left in his house anything containing the figure of a cross without destroying it.  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ لاَ يَتْرُكُ فِي بَيْتِهِ شَيْئًا فِيهِ تَصْلِيبٌ إِلاَّ قَضَبَهُ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would not leave a garment in his house that had a patch on it without mending it.  

لَمْ يَكُنْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَدَعُ فِي بَيْتِهِ ثَوْبًا فِيهِ تَصْلِيبٌ إِلَّا نَقَضَهُ  

[Machine] The Prophet, ﷺ , would not leave anything in his house that had an image on it unless he would scratch it off.  

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَمْ يَكُنْ يَتْرُكُ فِي بَيْتِهِ شَيْئًا فِيهِ تَصْلِيبٌ إِلَّا قَضَبَهُ  

I never used to leave in the Prophet ﷺ house anything carrying images or crosses but he obliterated it. (Using translation from Bukhārī 5952)  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمْ يَتْرُكْ فِي بَيْتِهِ شَيْئًا فِيهِ تَصْلِيبٌ إِلَّا نَقَضَهُ  

"عَنْ عَائِشَةَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ لَا يَتْركُ فِي بَيْتِهِ شَيْئًا فِيهِ تَصَالِيبُ إِلَّا نَقَضَهُ".  

"عَنْ عَائِشَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمْ يَكُنْ يَتْرُكُ فِي بَيْتِهِ شَيْئًا فِيهِ تَصْلِيبٌ إِلَّا نَقَضَهُ".
