The Prophet’s ﷺ bravery during a night alarm in Madinah
The Prophet ﷺ was the best of people and the bravest of people. One night the people of Madinah were alarmed, so they went out toward the sound. The Prophet ﷺ met them, having already investigated the matter, while he was on an unsaddled horse belonging to Abu Talhah, with the sword around his neck, and he was saying: "Do not be frightened, do not be frightened." Then he said: "We found him to be a sea," or he said: "Indeed, he is a sea."
