البزّار:٣٩٩٦وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الأَعْرَابِ يَسْتَفْتِيهِ فِي الَّذِي يَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ وَالَّذِي يَحِلُّ لَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أُحِلَّ لَكَ الطَّيِّبَاتُ وَحُرِّمَ عَلَيْكَ الْخَبَائِثُ إلاَّ أَنْ تَضْطَرَّ إِلَى طَعَامٍ لا يَحِلُّ لَكَ فَتَأْكُلَ مِنْهُ حَتَّى تَسْتَغْنِيَ
