البزّار:٣٠٩٣حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَالِكٍ قَالَ نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ الصَّائِغُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ؓ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَخْرَجَ شَيْئًا مِنْ حَدِّهِ فَأَصَابَ بِهِ إِنْسَانًا فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَى هَذَا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ & إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ وَالنَّاسُ يَرْوونَهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ مُرْسَلًا وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ الصَّائِغُ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الْحَسَنِ
