Umm al Hussain said We performed the Farewell Pilgrimage along with the Prophet ﷺ . I saw Usamah and Bilal one of them holding the halter of the she-Camel of the Prophet ﷺ, while the other raising his garment and sheltering from the heat till he had thrown pebbles at the jamrah of the ‘Aqabah. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1834)

مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حَجَّةَ الْوَدَاعِ فَرَأَيْتُ أُسَامَةَ وَبِلَالًا ؓ وَأَحَدُهُمَا آخِذٌ بِخِطَامِ نَاقَتِهِ وَ الْآخَرُ رَافِعٌ ثَوْبَهُ يَسْتُرُهُ مِنَ الْحَرِّ حَتَّى رَمَى جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ

I performed Hajj along with Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage and saw Usama and Bilal (too), one of whom had caught hold of the lose string of the she-camel of Allah's Apostle ﷺ while the other one was raising his cloth (over his head) protecting him from the heat, till he flung pebbles at Jamrat al-'Aqaba.
