[Machine] To some of the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the arrangement of the dominoes. They said, "O Allah, yes." He said, "And I bear witness." He said, "Do you know that the Prophet ﷺ forbade the arrangement of the dominoes?" They said, "O Allah, yes." He said, "And I bear witness." He said, "Do you know that the Prophet ﷺ forbade wearing gold except as a cut piece?" They said, "O Allah, yes." He said, "And I bear witness." He said, "Do you know that the Prophet ﷺ forbade combining Hajj and Umrah?" They said, "O Allah, no." He said, "By Allah, it is so."  

البيهقي:٨٨٦٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ حدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي شَيْخٍ الْهُنَائِيِّ وَاسْمُهُ حيَوَانُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ أَنَّ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ

لِنَفَرٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ صَفَفِ النُّمُورِ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ قَالَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ صَفَفِ النُّمُورِ؟ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ قَالَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ لُبْسِ الذَّهَبِ إِلَّا مُقَطَّعًا؟ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يُقْرَنَ بَيْنَ الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ؟ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ لَا قَالَ وَاللهِ إِنَّهَا لَمَعَهُنَّ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ وَالْأَشْعَثُ بْنُ بَرَّازٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ وَلَكِنَّكُمْ نَسِيتُمْ وَرَوَاهُ مَطَرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ عَنْ أَبِي شَيْخٍ فِي مُتْعَةِ الْحَجِّ

[Machine] "He witnessed Muawiyah, and with him was a group of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ . Muawiyah said to them, 'Do you know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade riding on the skins of tigers?' They said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Do you know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade wearing silk?' They said, 'Yes, by Allah.' He said, 'Do you know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade drinking from silver utensils?' They said, 'Yes, by Allah.' He said, 'Do you know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade wearing gold, except for a small amount?' They said, 'Yes, by Allah.' He said, 'Do you know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade combining Hajj and Umrah in one journey?' They said, 'No, by Allah.' He said, 'By Allah, it is indeed allowed.'"  

أحمد:١٦٩٠٩ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي شَيْخٍ الْهُنَائِيِّ

أَنَّهُ شَهِدَ مُعَاوِيَةَ وَعِنْدَهُ جَمْعٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ رُكُوبِ جُلُودِ النُّمُورِ ؟ قَالُوا نَعَمْ قَالَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ ؟ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يُشْرَبَ فِي آنِيَةِ الْفِضَّةِ ؟ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ لُبْسِ الذَّهَبِ إِلَّا مُقَطَّعًا ؟ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ جَمْعٍ بَيْنَ حَجٍّ وَعُمْرَةٍ ؟ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ لَا قَالَ فَوَاللهِ إِنَّهَا لَمَعَهُنَّ

[Machine] I was among a group of companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ with Muawiya. Muawiya said, "Do you know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade wearing silk?" They said, "O Allah, yes." أحمد:١٦٨٣٣ – حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَبِي شَيْخٍ الْهُنَائِيِّ قَالَ

كُنْتُ فِي مَلَأٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ عِنْدَ مُعَاوِيَةَ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَنْشُدُكُمُ اللهَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ؟ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ قَالَ أَنْشُدُكُمُ اللهَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ لُبْسِ الذَّهَبِ إِلَّا مُقَطَّعًا؟ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ قَالَ أَنْشُدُكُمُ اللهَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ رُكُوبِ النُّمُورِ؟ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ قَالَ أَنْشُدُكُمُ اللهَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الشُّرْبِ فِي آنِيَةِ الْفِضَّةِ؟ قَالُوا اللهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ قَالَ أَنْشُدُكُمُ اللهَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْجَمْعٍ بَيْنَ حَجٍّ وَعُمْرَةٍ؟ قَالُوا أَمَّا هَذَا فَلَا قَالَ أَمَا إِنَّهَا مَعَهُنَّ
