[Machine] I heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ something about it, so I said, "Umrah is obligatory just like Hajj."  

البيهقي:٨٧٦٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْوَرَّاقُ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ ثُوَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ يَقُولُ وَأَقِيمُوا الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ وَاللهِ لَوْلَا التَّحَرُّجُ إِنِّي لَمْ

أَسْمَعْ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِيهَا شَيْئًا لَقُلْتُ الْعُمْرَةُ وَاجِبَةٌ مِثْلُ الْحَجِّ
