[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The shade of Ramadan protects you from the heat of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. No month has passed over the Muslims that is better for them than it, nor has a month passed over the hypocrites that is worse for them than it. Indeed, Allah writes their rewards and voluntary acts of worship before they enter it, and He writes their sins and misfortunes before they enter it. This is because the believer counts his expenses for worship, while the hypocrite counts the faults of the Muslims and follows their weaknesses. So, it is a gain for the believer that the sinful person takes advantage of."  

البيهقي:٨٥٠٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ح وَثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ ثنا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ إِمْلَاءً ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزِّبْرِقَانِ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ثنا كَثِيرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ تَمِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَظَلَّكُمْ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ بِمَحْلُوفِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مَا مَضَى عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ شَهْرٌ خَيْرٌ لَهُمْ مِنْهُ وَلَا بِالْمُنَافِقِينَ شَهْرٌ شَرٌّ لَهُمْ مِنْهُ بِمَحْلُوفِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ يَكْتُبُ أَجْرَهُ وَنَوَافِلَهُ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ وَيَكْتُبَ وِزْرَهُ وَشَقَاءَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ وَذَلِكَ أَنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ يَعُدُّ لَهُ النَّفَقَةَ لِلْعِبَادَةِ وَأَنَّ الْمُنَافِقَ يَعُدُّ فِيهِ غَفَلَاتِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَاتِّبَاعَ عَوْرَاتِهِمْ فَهُوَ غَنْمٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ يغْتَنِمُهُ الْفَاجِرُ 8503 أَخْبَرْنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْوَرَّاقُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا حِبَّانُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ تَمِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ وَنَقْمَةٌ لِلْفَاجِرِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "This month of yours, Ramadan, is a month in which the reward for good deeds is multiplied, a month that has never occurred for the believers better than it, nor for the hypocrites worse than it. Allah writes down the reward for the fasting person and multiplies it many times before they receive it, and writes down the reward for the voluntary prayers and other good deeds in the same way. As for the hypocrite, he neither considers the month as an opportunity for worship nor does he strive to escape from the sins and shortcomings. He is like a lost fortune for the believer who seizes it."  

أحمد:٨٨٧٠ – حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنِيعَمْرُو بْنُ تَمِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَظَلَّكُمْ شَهْرُكُمْ هَذَا بِمَحْلُوفِ رَسُولِ اللهِ مَا مَرَّ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ شَهْرٌ خَيْرٌ لَهُمْ مِنْهُ وَلَا بِالْمُنَافِقِينَ شَهْرٌ شَرٌّ لَهُمْ مِنْهُ إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ لَيَكْتُبُ أَجْرَهُ وَنَوَافِلَهُ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ وَيَكْتُبُ إِصْرَهُ وَشَقَاءَهُ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ وَذَلِكَ أَنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ يُعِدُّ فِيهِ الْقُوَّةَ لِلْعِبَادَةِ مِنَ النَّفَقَةِ وَيُعِدُّ الْمُنَافِقُ اتِّبَاعَ غَفْلَةِ النَّاسِ وَاتِّبَاعَ عَوْرَاتِهِمْ فَهُوَ غُنْمٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ يَغْتَنِمُهُ الْفَاجِرُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Your month, this month of yours, has been shaded by the mercy of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . There has never been a month that has been better for the Muslims than this month, and there has never been a month that has been worse for the hypocrites than this month. Indeed, Allah writes down the rewards and virtues of the believers, as well as their burdens and hardships, before they enter it. This is because the believer prepares in it the strength for spending in worship, while the hypocrite prepares in it seeking the faults and weaknesses of the believers. Therefore, it becomes a gain for the believer and the sinner seizes it."  

أحمد:١٠٧٨٣ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ تَمِيمٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ
