البيهقي:٨٤٨٢ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ثنا بَحْرٌ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ جَشِيبٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ زُرْعَةَ بْنَ ثَوْبٍ يَقُولُ سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ صِيَامِ الدَّهْرِ قَالَ كُنَّا نَعُدُّ أُولَئِكَ فِينَا مِنَ السَّابِقِينَ قَالَ وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمٍ وَفِطْرِ يَوْمٍ قَالَ لَمْ يَدَعْ ذَلِكَ لِصَائِمٍ مَصَامًا قَالَ وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ صِيَامِ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ فَقَالَ

صَامَ ذَلِكَ الدَّهْرَ وَأَفْطَرَهُ

[Machine] Regarding the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Fasting on the white days is equivalent to fasting the entire year, and breaking the fast on these days is also rewarding."  

الدارمي:١٧٨٨ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «صِيَامُ الْبِيضِ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ وَإِفْطَارُهُ»
