[Machine] A group of Ansar witnessed before the Messenger of Allah ﷺ the sighting of the crescent moon, so he ordered them to go out for their celebration the next day. Sa'id bin 'Amir narrated this incident incorrectly.  

البيهقي:٨١٩٧ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

أَنَّ عُمُومَةً لَهُ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ شَهِدُوا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى رُؤْيَةِ الْهِلَالِ فَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَخْرُجُوا لِعِيدِهِمْ مِنَ الْغَدِ تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ وَغَلِطَ فِيهِ إِنَّمَا  

رَوَاهُ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ
