[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you gets up from a gathering and then returns to it, he has the most right to his place in the gathering."  

البيهقي:٥٩٠٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ مَجْلِسٍ كَانَ فِيهِ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِمَجْلِسِهِ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ قُتَيْبَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ

الدارمي:٢٦٩٦ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُهَيْلٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
