[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "If one of you feels drowsy during their prayer, they should lie down until the sleepiness goes away. For when one of you prays while drowsy, they might unintentionally curse themselves." Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz, Abu Nasr Ahmed ibn Ali al-Qadi, and Abu Saeed Muhammad ibn Musa ibn al-Fadl narrated to us, saying: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, who heard it from Rabee' ibn Sulaiman, from Abdullah ibn Wahb, who informed me that Yahya ibn Abdullah al-Umari and Sa'id ibn Abdullah al-Jumahi and Malik ibn Anas heard it from Hisham ibn Uruwah, and they narrated the hadith with similar wording.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا نَعَسَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِ فَلْيَرْقُدْ حَتَّى يَذْهَبَ عَنْهُ النَّوْمُ فَإِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا صَلَّى وَهُوَ نَاعِسٌ لَعَلَّهُ يَذْهَبُ يَسْتَغْفِرُ فَيَسُبُّ نَفْسَهُ وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو نَصْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْقَاضِي وَأَبُو سَعِيدٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ الْفَضْلِ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْعُمَرِيُّ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْجُمَحِيُّ وَمَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ فَذَكَرُوا الْحَدِيثَ بِمِثْلِهِ
