bayhaqi:4553Yaḥyá from his father from his grandfather

[Machine] He (the narrator) said, "I came and the Prophet ﷺ was praying the Fajr prayer, so I prayed with him. When he completed the prayer, he stood up and prayed two Rak'ahs of Fajr. The Prophet ﷺ then asked him, 'What were these two Rak'ahs?' He replied, 'I did not pray them before Fajr.' Then he remained quiet and did not say anything." Abu 'Abdullah Al-Hafiz reported it from Abu Al-'Abbas Muhammad bin Ya'qub, who narrated it from Ar-Rabi' bin Sulaiman, who narrated it from Asad bin Musa, who narrated it from Al-Laith bin Sa'd, who narrated it from Yahya bin Sa'id, who mentioned it.  

البيهقي:٤٥٥٣عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّهُ جَاءَ وَالنَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي صَلَاةَ الْفَجْرِ فَصَلَّى مَعَهُ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ قَامَ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ فَقَالَ له النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَا هَاتَانِ الرَّكْعَتَانِ؟ فَقَالَ لَمْ أَكُنْ صَلَّيْتُهُمَا قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ فَسَكَتُ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ شَيْئًا أَنْبَأَهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ فَذَكَرَهُ

Qais bin Fahd Al-Ansari, a companion, narrated this incident, and the chain of narration is authentic according to their conditions. And it has also been narrated by Muhammad bin Ibrahim at-Taymi from Qais bin Fahd, who is a companion and has a witness."  

الحاكم:١٠١٧حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّهُ جَاءَ وَالنَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي صَلَاةَ الْفَجْرِ فَصَلَّى مَعَهُ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ قَامَ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «مَا هَاتَانِ الرَّكْعَتَانِ؟» فَقَالَ لَمْ أَكُنْ صَلَّيْتُهُمَا قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ فَسَكَتَ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ شَيْئًا «قَيْسُ بْنُ فَهْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ صَحَابِيٌّ وَالطَّرِيقُ إِلَيْهِ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِهِمَا» وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ فَهْدٍقيس بن فهد صحابي وله شاهد
