[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ sent a man to collect charity from the tribe of Bani Makhzum. The man asked Abu Rafa' to accompany him, saying that he would get a share from it. Abu Rafa' agreed and they went to the Prophet ﷺ to ask for his permission. When they approached him, they asked for permission and the man said, "O Messenger of Allah, I am the servant of the people from themselves and we are not allowed to receive charity." The Prophet ﷺ then mentioned in this narration that the Banu Hashim and the Banu Muttalib were also forbidden from receiving charity. And likewise, they are mentioned in prayers for them. And Allah knows best.
