البيهقي:٢١٥٦٦ – وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ الثِّقَةُ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ سَأَلَنِي ابْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ كَيْفَ كَانَ أَبُوكَ يَقُولُ فِي الْمُدَبَّرِ أَيَبِيعُهُ صَاحِبُهُ؟ قَالَ قُلْتُ كَانَ يَبِيعُهُ إِذَا احْتَاجَ إِلَى ثَمَنِهِ فَقَالَ

ابْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ وَيَبِيعَهُ إِنْ لَمْ يَحْتَجْ
