[Machine] That a free woman was under a servant and gave birth to children for him, then the servant was freed, and a contract was settled by mutual consent.  

البيهقي:٢١٥٢٧وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ أنبأ يَزِيدُ أنبأ أَشْعَثُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً حُرَّةً كَانَتْ تَحْتَ عَبْدٍ فَوَلَدَتْ لَهُ أَوْلَادًا ثُمَّ أُعْتِقَ الْعَبْدُ فَقَضَى شُرَيْحٌ بِجَرِّ الْوَلَاءِ
