[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "Insulting a Muslim is immorality, and fighting against him is disbelief."

البيهقي:٢٠٩٠٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ هُوَ ابْنُ حَرْبٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ حَرْبٍ وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ اتَّقُوا النَّارَ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ
