[Machine] The boy is held in pledge by his ʿaqīqah; harm is removed from him and blood is shed for him on the seventh day—and it has passed.

Hasan narrated from the Prophet ﷺ a tradition conveying the same meaning as that of Qatadah.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِمَعْنَى قَتَادَةَ
[Machine] "About Qatadah, he said."
عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ
[Machine] "Qatada was an arm's length and a span."
عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ذِرَاعٌ وَشِبْرٌ
[Machine] When ʿUthmān ibn ʿAffān was killed, Salamah went out to al-Rabadhah and married a woman there, and children were born to him. He remained there until shortly before he died, then he came down—meaning, to Madinah.
لَمَّا قُتِلَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ ؓ خَرَجَ سَلَمَةُ إِلَى الرَّبَذَةِ وَتَزَوَّجَ هُنَاكَ امْرَأَةً وَوُلِدَ لَهُ أَوْلَادٌ فَلَمْ يَزَلْ هُنَاكَ حَتَّى قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ فَنَزَلَ يَعْنِي الْمَدِينَةَ
