[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, we have a drink known as 'Bit'u' and 'Mizr' made from corn and barley. What do you command us regarding them?" He said, "It is forbidden for you to consume any alcoholic drink."  

البيهقي:١٧٣٦١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الشَّرْقِيِّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ هَاشِمِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ الطُّوسِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا قُرَّةُ عَنْ سَيَّارٍ أَبِي الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ عِنْدَنَا أَشْرِبَةً أَوْ شَرَابًا هَذَا الْبِتْعُ وَالْمِزْرُ مِنَ الذُّرَةِ وَالشَّعِيرِ فَمَا تَأْمُرُنَا فِيهِمَا؟ فَقَالَ أَنْهَاكُمْ عَنْ كُلِّ مُسْكِرٍ

[Machine] I said to the Prophet ﷺ, "Indeed, the people of Yemen have two drinks or beverages, this is Bit'u which is made from honey, and Mazro which is made from corn and barley. What do you command me regarding them?" He said, "I prohibit you from every intoxicant."
