[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled for blood money in regards to women and fetuses, whether it is a free man, a slave, or a horse, in this manner.  

البيهقي:١٦٤١٧أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَارِسِيُّ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ اسْتَشَارَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ

فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالدِّيَةِ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ وَفِي الْجَنِينِ بِغُرَّةٍ عَبْدٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ أَوْ فَرَسٍ كَذَا  

رَوَاهُ مُرْسَلًا وَرَوَاهُ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ فَجَعَلَهُ مِنْ قَوْلِ طَاوُسٍ
