البيهقي:١٥١٢٥ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ نا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ أنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي مَرَضِهِ فَبَتَّهَا قَالَ

أَمَّا عُثْمَانُ ؓ فَوَرَّثَهَا وَأَمَّا أَنَا فَلَا أَرَى أَنْ أُوَرِّثَهَا بِبَيْنُونَتِهِ إِيَّاهَا
