[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The most deserving conditions to be fulfilled are those through which you permitted yourselves to engage in sexual relations."  

البيهقي:١٤٤٣١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْفُرَاتِ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَهُوَ أَبُو الْخَيْرِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ يُوَفَّى بِهَا مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ أَوْجُهٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ فِي سُنَّةِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِنَّهُ إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى مِنَ الشُّرُوطِ بِمَا سُنَّ أَنَّهُ جَائِزٌ وَلَمْ تَدُلَّ سُنَّةٌ عَلَى أَنَّهُ غَيْرُ جَائِزٍ
