[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Any slave who marries without the permission of his guardians, he is a fornicator." He is Al-Qasim ibn Abd al-Wahid.  

البيهقي:١٣٧٣٠ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنبأ هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ الْمَكِّيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ هُوَ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ
