"عن الزهرى: أن عمر بن الخطاب قال: إِذَا لَمْ يَبْقَ إِلَّا الثُّلُثُ بَيْنَ الإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الأَبِ وَالأُمِّ، وَبَيْنَ الإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الأُمِّ فَهُمْ شُرَكَاءُ، لِلذِّكَرِ مِثلُ حَظِّ الأُنْثى".
