أَنْ يَحُوزَ نَحْلُهُ فَأَعْلَنَ بِهَا وَأَشْهَدَ عَلَيْهَا فَهِيَ جَائِزَةٌ وَإِنْ وَلِيَهَا أَبُوهُ

السيوطي:٣-٣٧٢b –

" عَنْ عُثْمانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ قَالَ: مَنْ نَحَلَ وَلَدًا لَهُ صَغِيرًا لَمْ يَبْلُغْ أَنْ يُحْرِزَ نُحْلَهُ فَأَعْلَنَ بِهَا وَأَشْهَدَ عَلَيْهَا فَهِىَ جَائِزَةٌ وَإنْ وَلِيَهَا أَبُوهُ ".
