[Machine] About the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "Whoever gives life to a dead land, that land belongs to him, and it is a reward for Allah and His Messenger, then it will be yours after me." It was narrated by Hisham ibn Hujayr from Tawus who said: "And then it belongs to you from me."  

البيهقي:١١٧٨٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ زَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ الْعَلَوِيُّ وَعَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ النَّجَّارِ بِالْكُوفَةِ قَالَا أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرِ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا قَبِيصَةُ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَحْيَا مَيْتًا مِنْ مَوَتَانِ الْأَرْضِ فَلَهُ رَقَبَتُهَا وَعَادِيُّ الْأَرْضِ لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ ثُمَّ لَكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِي وَرَوَاهُ هِشَامُ بْنُ حُجَيْرٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ فَقَالَ ثُمَّ هِيَ لَكُمْ مِنِّي
