أَنَّ الْغَائِبَ عَلَى شُفْعَتِهِ إِذَا قَدِمَ وَيَرَى الصَّغِيرَ عَلَى شُفْعَتِهِ إِذَا كَبِرَ قَالَ وَلَيْسَ فِي الْحَيَوَانِ شُفْعَةٌ
